Resonance

Golden sunset with reflection in water below

“Practice clarity when you commune with body, heart, soul, and Spirit.
Reflect on the essence of any message received, and feel into it.
Let its energy permeate you, and any words that come to your mind.
Refine the words chosen to express that essence, simply and clearly.
Develop this skill until your spoken words reflect your inner authenticity.
Infuse the messages of your written words with the resonance of truth.”

— Miriam’s Communication Guides

This is the 2nd of 3 messages from my Communication Guides. They want you to deepen your awareness and understanding of your inner self, and hone your communication skills so you can sense, speak, and write with clarity. As usual, the next section includes commentary from me.

“Practice clarity when you commune with body, heart, soul, and Spirit.

Communion is an opportunity to be in your body fully, without purposeful movement. Thoughts frequently pass through the mind, with memories and feelings attached. Your intention to commune, and your focus on the breath, allows them to be cleansed and washed away. Once you have achieved some sense of peace and quiet within, bask in it! Just be, in that stillness. If more thoughts arise, let the flow of energy through you wash them away. Go deeper into the calm within. From that state of being, connection is made with your sources of wisdom. Invite your body to guide you. Does your heart want you to let go of old emotions? Is your soul urging you to step up in a new way? Does Spirit envision possibilities for you?

Reflect on the essence of any message received, and feel into it.

Messages may emerge during a communion, or shortly after it. You may sense emotions bubbling up from your abdomen and chest. You might have words and ideas come to your mind. You may see images in your mind’s eye. Allow yourself to tune into whatever you noticed. Your focused attention on your experience may bring additional information. Follow the vibration of the communion. Invite that source of wisdom to be more specific. Ask questions, and sense the responses. Let your intuition lead you.

Let its energy permeate you, and any words that come to your mind.

As you begin to feel the essence of the message received, keep it close to you as you move through the day. Its energy literally can infuse each cell of your body, and shift your thoughts and habits. The message often becomes clearer as you consider it briefly from moment to moment in your day. Your body may choose different actions because of that essence expanding within you. Your emotions may become clearer. Your choices may be made from a different perspective. Your words may have new meaning to you.

Refine the words chosen to express that essence, simply and clearly.

The essential idea of the message may deepen within you, clarifying why it came to you in that communion. You may not need words to summarize the message. If you do want to use words, be like a master poet, and choose very consciously each specific word to match the underlying energy of the message. It doesn’t have to rhyme or have a particular rhythm like poems often do. It may only take a few words. Keep it simple and ensure that you express the essence of the message..

Develop this skill until your spoken words reflect your inner authenticity.

The practice of clear communication is something that can benefit every conversation in your life. As you come to know your inner self more truly, and as you voice your essence in everyday life, communication becomes a joy. The old confusions, misunderstandings, and half-truths of past interactions are released as patterns that no longer suit you. You can learn to be increasingly true to yourself when you engage with others, and speak from a place of self-acceptance and confidence. Your words to others will be stated, and received, with the desired intention and meaning energizing the words.

Infuse the messages of your written words with the resonance of truth.”

Anything that you write to others, whether emails, memos at work, blog posts, or books, can also benefit from this practice of clear communication. Many readers can feel the vibrations of the words on the page. Their beings recognize when something is true or not. Pay attention to what you read, and notice when you sense some deception, delusion, coverup, or other means of distorting the truth. There usually is a kernel of truth in any article or report that is written with an intent to deceive, like in propaganda or political writings. Discern what resonates and what does not. Use your discernment in your own writing to make clear the intentions you hold, and your purpose for writing your thoughts. Align the words with you inner wisdom and truth.
